PE Days
For Spring term, Year 4 will be having their PE lessons on a Monday and Friday.
Homework
Homework is handed out every Friday and is due in by the following Thursday.
Each week, the children will be set a piece of maths homework, focusing on the basic skills (place value, number bonds, times tables etc).
TTRS assignments are also scheduled to support the learning of times table facts.
Each week, the children will be set a new set of spellings to practise at home on Spelling Shed.
Each week, the children will have the opportunity to change their reading book that they can take home. Please read daily, or as close to daily as possible, and record reads in your child's reading diary.

Times Tables
Having a secure and confident understanding of times tables (up to 12 x 12) is really important in Year 4 due to the Multiplication Tables Check that will be taking place at the start of June.
